This beautiful and dainty pendant of Our Lady is a one-sided charm, not a full Miraculous Medal. The Our Lady of Grace pendant is 18k gold filled with white enamel and surrounded with cubic zirconia. It hangs on a 14” or 16” 18k gold filled box chain satellite necklace, with 2” extender to allow for personal length preference.
