This beautiful and dainty pendant of Our Lady is a one-sided charm, not a full Miraculous Medal. The Our Lady of Grace pendant is 18k gold filled with white enamel and surrounded with cubic zirconia. It hangs on a 14” or 16” 14k gold filled box chain satellite necklace, with 2” extender to allow for personal length preference.

Do you have an original OLG necklace that perhaps hasn’t held up well with time? I’m so sorry that that happened as I’ve been learning my way through this business.
